Margherita S.S.T. is surrounded by 17 hectares of ground, 3 of which are vegetable garden. In addition to this, there are several animals such as cattle, ovine, and the much sought-after swine from Nebrodi Mountains. This is the reason why we can guarantee an absolute healthy and genuine cooking that entirely reflects local traditions both in the choice of genuine and in the process of dishes preparations. 

Today, after ten years, we can proudly say that the 80% of what we offer to our guests is really produced by ourselves.
