ACTIVITIES
Our guests will have
the opportunity to take part in some farm activities such us milk
processing, from the milking to the preparation of typical cheeses
(“quagliata”, “tuma”, “ricotta”).
We also organise
relaxing walks in the mountain to admire the beauty of Sicilian
landscape and guided excursions to visit both the most interesting
historical and archaeological sites and the smallest and almost
mythic mountain villages with their local people always devoted to
traditional activities such as agriculture, sheep-farming and
handicraft.
The strategic
position of our three structures allows the guests to easily reach
by themselves both high mountains and the cool seaside resort of
Capo d’Orlando, as well as the historical and archaeological sites
of Tindari, S.Stefano di Camastra (the town of ceramics) and Cefalů.
